Curiota

Curiota is Curio’s free companion app for quickly capturing notes, files, links, and printed output even when Curio isn’t running. It is available from the Mac App Store.

Curiota runs quietly in the background, consumes very little memory, and is always available from its menu bar icon. Click the icon to create a quick note, or drag files and links to it for later use. It also provides a macOS Share extension, Services commands, print services, and scripting support.

Curiota uses an open system for storing your notes and files rather than a proprietary file format or database. Your captured material remains accessible outside Curiota using standard Mac tools and applications.

Items captured with Curiota are stored in its Inbox or collections. You can find, preview, and drag them into a Curio project using the Local library shelf.
