Minor Tweaks

• New hyperlink field added the Status shelf's Live Export HTML, CSV, and RTF output so you can jump directly to the figure within Curio.

Fixes

• Index cards now work properly again.
• Fixed the Restore Defaults button in the idea space Dimensions inspector.
• Additional safety checks have been placed around key points in the 3rd party gradient control that Curio uses plus Curio now guards against invalid gradients to avoid potential crash.
