Requires Mac OS X v10.3.9 or above. Mac OS X v10.2.x is no longer supported!

Notable Fixes

• Fix for 10.4.3 support. We were, oddly, getting a barrage of resize messages when the user scribbled with a brush, or dragged out a figure, or simply repositioned a figure. New to 10.4.3. Earlier OS X releases didn't have this problem. We have a simple fix that optimizes when we repaint the screen which nicely fixes this issue.
