|
|
o I've got two computers that I regularly use to work on my projects.
o I've just started using the iCal sync feature for my tasks.
o I've run into a problem in that now when I open the project on the 2nd computer, it creates duplicate entries of every task in iCal
o Then the same thing happens when I switch back to my first computer, iCal gets a bunch of duplicate tasks.
As a cleanup measure, I did the "reset calendar" to get rid of the dups, but I don't want to have to do that every time I switch computers to work on the project.
Why am I getting the dups? How do I fix this?
Thanks. |

| Are you syncing the calendars on the two computers using any other mechanism? As a test, check the "allow syncing calendars between Macs using MobileMe" option in the Sync screen. |

Yes, the OTHER calendars (not the one created by curio, which is local only), are being sync'ed with iCloud.
>As a test, check the "allow syncing calendars between Macs using >MobileMe" option in the Sync screen.
I have had that option in the sync screen checked since originally turning on iCal sync'ing. |

| Turn off that checkbox for your local Curio-created calendars. |

Ah, as soon as I turned it off, the dups went away.
Thanks! |
