Hi George:
Is there a way for me to put a table, with my reagents and volumes, in my protocol list? Currently, I copy and past the table as a JPG but that means I can't edit the table later. Thanks for your time.

Sorry, we don't currently supported nested collections (tables in lists, mind maps in tables, etc).

Have you considered pasting the table in separately (next to or below the list). You can then use the arrow tool and/or link-shortcut methods to link the list to the table. That would associate the table with the list and allow you to edit the table later.
