Hi there,
my 15 day trial has expired so I've bought the Core MAS product.
I know that dragging some apps to the trash removes all of their component parts.. but not for all apps.
Please can somebody tell me if this is OK to do for the curio trail, or if not what else I need to delete from where.
Thanks |

Trash the ~/Library/Application Support/Curio folder (Core uses a Curio Core folder).
Trash the ~/Library/Preferences/com.zengobi.curio.plist file.
I think that'll do it. |

Thanks for that.
One other trial to Core migration question:
How do I get access to all of the Idea Spaces I created during the trial?
I stored my curio file on Dropbox and only one project file has appeared in Curio Core when I access the file. And now I can't rearrange then save the Idea Spaces in the same project that Curio Core seems happy with.
Thanks |

Curio Core should be able to open all projects created with a trial of Curio with one exception: if you've enabled Organizer Sections then that project can only be opened with Standard or Pro.
If that's not it then feel free to write me (george at zengobi) and I can help you figure out what's happening on your system. |

Arh, yes... Think I did create organiser sections. Are all the idea spaces created within them now lost?
If so can I get an extension to my trial so I can move them to somewhere where my paid for Core app can access them?
Thanks |

| No problem, just send me an email (george at zengobi) and I'll get you going. |
