|

Hi,
I have a Curio file where the typing speed in text boxes has gradually decreased as the file size has gone up (now near 700mb). I now find myself copy and pasting from a text editor because of this. (The slowness is entering text on new empty slides, not full ones). Also, the slowness seems relegated to text boxes, and is not present when entering lists.
I'm on a 2010 11" MBA, so my machine isn't exactly a powerhouse - but does anyone else have this issue, or is it more likely I'm dealing with a corrupt document that is slowing things down? Or maybe it's an issue with Lion? Or....?
Any thoughts? (Curio is still the most awesome app out there, btw...)
Thanks!

| Huh. Anything in your Console log? If so, copy/paste the entries and send 'em to me (george at zengobi). |

Oddly enough, I deleted and reinstalled curio, and now the slow typing has gone away. (I did not clear out the preference files though...)
The only thing I can think is that I likely corrupted the Curio package when I used one of those disk slimming apps that removes non-English language packs and non-Intel binaries.
Just in case anyone else has this problem...
