Privacy
We at Zengobi respect your privacy. The only times you may provide us with your personal information is when you purchase from us or when you write to us. The information you provide on your order form is used only by our Customer Service department and only for the purpose of tracking your order. When you write to us with comments and suggestions, we will respond to you and only you.
Agents
We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Currently we are using two stores to handle all purchases. Here at Zengobi we never get your credit card information, we only get your contact information from these companies.

Business Transfers
As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy subsidiaries or business units. Also, in the event that Zengobi, Inc., or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets. you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
