Get Curio Basic for free!

Tuesday, August 01, 2006

It's HOT out there! Too hot. With temperatures oozing over 100 degrees F, we decided to do something cool for the Mac community. For the next week, we're offering a free license key for Curio Basic Edition to anyone who requests one. That's a $39 value.

So act fast and get your free license key now before the offer expires on August 7th, 2006.

If this heat continues, who knows what we'll do next?!

  • Thank you, I had given up on my demo but when I saw the notice on a blog I grabbed and continued learning how to use. Super as I do like to keep it all organized...whatever or wherever it comes from.

  • Wow. WOW. WOW!

In just a couple of days of learning I've regained control of a huge project that includes multiple print pieces, promotional items, posters, CDs, etc., etc.

I'm just blown away by Curio. (my co-workers are a little green, too!)

You did good by offering the free licenses, thank you... I'm sure I'll be upgrading to Pro before long! Karma, baby, Karma!

  • Drats! I downloaded the app but didn't have time to install it till today. Now I find out I needed to get a serial number.

I just hope I can find time to learn to use it before the demo dies.

Anyone know how to make a 30 hour day?

  • I'm using OS X 10.4.7 on an iMac G5. I am unable to open the disk image. I've downloaded it twice, so I think the download is good. Can someone confirm the following MD5 digest:

    $ openssl md5 Curio322Basic.dmg
    MD5(Curio322Basic.dmg)= 983864d8e57c9cb1e16b5999ec9dd844

  • That is indeed the checksum I get here:

    openssl md5 Curio322Basic.dmg
    MD5(Curio322Basic.dmg)= 983864d8e57c9cb1e16b5999ec9dd844

We have had a couple of people mention a download problem but it has always turned out to be due to a Speed Download-type application. Disabling that application then resulted with a successful download. However, I'm surprised your md5 checksum is fine.

Feel free to email us at support@zengobi.com if you have other questions regarding the download.

    Thanks!

  • Thanks for the confirmation, George. It turns out that the disk image license agreement was hidden behind other windows. I feel silly, but no matter how many times I opened the image, nothing appeared to happen. Anyhow, I'm all set.
